I have Bose QC II headphones that I used to connect to my Windows x via Bluetooth. Until around 1-ii months ago it worked and since then I tin pair it, simply when I try to connect I become the message written in the discipline.

The headphones connect without any problems to other bluetooth devices that I accept so the problem is with my computer. I tried all sorts of troubleshooting including all the suggestions in the following link:

Hello greenApe, I am non certain if you were able to resolve your issue or non, but I encountered the aforementioned issue with my Asus TUF Gaming F15 laptop that I just purchased 2 weeks ago . Afterward spending many days and hours trying unlike solutions posted by other users on the spider web and speaking with Asus technical support to no avail, I was finally able to figure out a solution on my ain that worked. Please note when you apply the solution below and decide to remove your Bluetooth device, you will demand to reapply the solution beneath again when you lot decide to repair your Bluetooth device. The solution below may need to be applied for any new Bluetooth headphones or stereos.

1. Open up Device Manager.
2. On the carte bar, click View and select Evidence hidden devices
3. Expand the Bluetooth Auxiliary section. This department will reveal subconscious devices.
iv. Double click the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (Sink), or the showtime entry on the list.

11. Restart your PC.
12. After rebooting, attempt reconnecting your Bluetooth device once more.
